Welcome to Lake Claire, Georgia

Located on the east side of Atlanta, the community of Lake Claire comprises around 1,200 homes and 3,159 residents. It is situated in DeKalb County, east of Candler Park, north of Kirkwood, west of Decatur, and south of Druid Hills.
 
Lake Claire is known for its eclectic mix of home styles that blend traditional and contemporary. You'll find midcentury brick cottages, Craftsman bungalows, midcentury moderns, coastal cottages, urban condos, new townhomes, and more. You'll also find some unique community green spaces such as the Lake Claire Community Land Trust, a 1.7-acre property that includes more than 50 community garden beds, a playground, a stage and amphitheater, a sauna, a pond, and a children’s garden.
 
The median home value in Lake Claire is $582,703, and 80 percent of residents own their homes. The current median sales price is $718,500, and home sales are up 62.5 percent compared to last year, with an average of 33 days on the market.
